How you’ll CREATE:
• Develop creative programs to market and create engagement with the curation team.
• Collaborate effectively and incorporate innovative approaches to brand and artist development.
• Partner with internal MS&T team and Business Units at UMG to manage day-to-day communication and direction around priorities and campaigns and proactively plan for campaign needs.
• Manage creation and output of reporting and analysis for campaigns dictating performance metrics and proving success for team strategies.
Bring your VIBE:
- Must be nimble with excel and internal reporting tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with streaming metrics a must (Spotify 4 artists, UML, Tik Tok Data, etc)
- Aware of Industry/Technology trends
- Excellent communication skills, ability to organize groups.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Design Skills a plusEducation:
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, Music, Communication or other quantitative degree preferred.
