We are seeking to hire a Senior Technology to support roles such as PM, BA, Implementation Engineers. We provide technology and business solutions to the retail and e-commerce industry. Our solutions have enabled global brands in traditional retail, CPG, automotive, apparel, liquor, healthcare, hospitality, telecom, and F&B industries to deliver seamless experiences across all channels.
· Understand job qualifications
· Utilizing current sourcing and recruiting methods and tools
· Source, screen, interview and evaluate applicant qualifications
· Lead your candidate through client interviews
· Manage and maintain on-going relationships with consultants.
· Build a pool of candidates through advertisements, leveraging your network, and external groups
· Act as a lead for assisting in building a recruiting services business line
· Act as subject matter expert in the area of staffing services
· Eventually assist with the building, training and management of a team of recruiters as the business expands
· Help in positioning as a preferred staffing services provider for large retail clients
· Work independently and with their global sourcing and sales team in generating leads for recruiting services and staff augmentation requirements within retail/commerce segment in US, EMEA and LATAM.
Must have recent experience recruiting PM, BA, Implementation Engineer. Only serious applicants with recent technology full-cycle experience will be interviewed.
This position can work from home. We only hire directly (W-2-).

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
