ROLE: The IT Inventory Technician is responsible for providing excellent user experience in order tracking, accessories management, managing hardware and accessory deployment to front line and behind the scene users. Technicians will perform customer support for 260,000+ users worldwide, work on ticketing systems to track SLAs, setup IT conference rooms, deploy and recover IT assets, contribute to large scale IT project. This is a great introduction into an IT career, working in some of the world’s top IT companies.
