Our client provides IT managed services (Service Desk, Audio Visual, Asset management, Cloud, Edge, Hyper-automation) to fortune 500, multi global clients (e.g., Google)

ROLE: The IT Inventory Technician is responsible for providing excellent user experience in order tracking, accessories management, managing hardware and accessory deployment to front line and behind the scene users. Technicians will perform customer support for 260,000+ users worldwide, work on ticketing systems to track SLAs, setup IT conference rooms, deploy and recover IT assets, contribute to large scale IT project. This is a great introduction into an IT career, working in some of the world’s top IT companies.


  • High School diploma or GED and 0-2 years’ experience in related field (IT, customer service, business operations preferred)
  • Basic IT and Inventory knowledge
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication
  • Abel to excel in fast pace environment, make quick / sound decision, work in large team environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with computer equipment and accessories
  • Able to lift and carry IT equipment to deploy (20-50 lbs.)
  • Able to effectively pickup training and follow policies and procedures to be value-add
  • A+ certification preferred
