We are looking for a candidate who not only can keep up but is willing to identify process improvements and hone our current approach to accounting and can process payroll using ADP. The successful candidate must have a take-charge personality, be resourceful, and proactive, be able to multi-task and prioritize, and have impeccable attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical as a successful candidate.
The job responsibilities are primarily bookkeeping-related, although a small amount of administrative work may be required. Minimum of 3 years experience processing payroll on ADP required. Associate's degree required, bachelor, preferred, but not required.

Log Checks and Tax Exempt Costs
Coordinate with Operations Manager Regarding Collections

Reconcile bank accounts
-Reporting
Prepare and review various financial reports
Prepare current year projections
Prepare end-of-year books for CPA
