The Fire Protection Industry Salesperson will primarily be responsible for conducting site surveys and selling services to potential customers. In addition, the salesperson will be responsible for attending networking events and will develop effective presentation strategies to sale our services to new potential clients. The desired candidate has strong sales experience and knows the Nevada market, is energetic and knowledgeable about fire protection equipment/services, always professional, reliable, and keeps the company’s and client’s best interests in mind. - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in outside sales or field sales is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a must.
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/ GED
- 3+ years PROVEN prior, relevant work experience
- Able to travel to multiple job sites each day.
- Able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders multiple times a day.
- 2+ years of fire inspection sales experience preferred.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suit
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts including but not limited to nights, early mornings, and weekends to meet client needs.
- Geographical knowledge of the Las Vegas area and market.
Compensation starts at close to 25/HR with bonuses and commission available.
