Position Overview

The position has the specific responsibility repairing security, access control, and video systems that are on existing customer networks throughout the NYC metropolitan area; installing wireless and hardwired devices as needed.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform security system hardware and software repair work in a timely and proper manner
  • Properly document issues/actions/resolutions for internal and client review (site visit reports, acceptance forms, service tickets, etc.)
  • Other duties as directed by the Company
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A Minimum of 2+ years of security system service experience required.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Able to be productive and work effectively under pressure
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able of troubleshoot, identify and solve problems in a timely fashion
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationships and rapport with clients

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package: dental, vision, medical and a 401K. 10 Paid Holidays per year, accrued Paid Time Off and Paid Family Leave.
