Position Overview
The position has the specific responsibility repairing security, access control, and video systems that are on existing customer networks throughout the NYC metropolitan area; installing wireless and hardwired devices as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform security system hardware and software repair work in a timely and proper manner
- Properly document issues/actions/resolutions for internal and client review (site visit reports, acceptance forms, service tickets, etc.)
- Other duties as directed by the Company
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications/Requirements
- A Minimum of 2+ years of security system service experience required.
- Able to work independently as well as part of the team
- Able to be productive and work effectively under pressure
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able of troubleshoot, identify and solve problems in a timely fashion
- Build and maintain a strong working relationships and rapport with clients

Compensation:
