Position- Lead Installation Technician
Location- San Diego, CA
Compensation- Wage range: $35-$45/HR dependent on experience
Schedule- Regular full time day shift Monday-Friday with on call rotation for one week every 4 weeks.

Job Description
Complete small to medium size projects from start-to-finish without the assistance of an Installation supervisor.
• Serve as a job-site representative under direction of a Project Manager or Installation Supervisor.
• Adept at the installation and service of multiple disciplines within the low voltage and security industry.
• In conjunction with the PM, Works with project documents and reports to manage the project and assure
profitability and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
• All qualifications of an Installer Level 1.
• Demonstrated ability to solve most field-related problems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain accountability for project progress.
• Demonstrated ability to install more complex systems that include integration and/or are larger in
scope .
Specific Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• All essential duties and responsibilities of an Installer Level 1.
• Complete all aspects of small/medium installation projects.
• In conjunction with the PM, performs the following PM processes:
-Project initiation
-Planning
-Execution
-Closeout / Training
• Accurately complete all job-related paperwork including transfer of field changes to as-builts submittal of
inventory-related receipts and forms for reconciliation.
• Conforms with all company safety training requirements and participates in the company Safety Committee.
• Studies literature and attends seminars to keep current on industry products, processes and materials.
Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate in two company Safety Committee meetings per year.
-Take home company vehicle is provided. Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
