The Information Technology Systems Administrator will work directly with
internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer
and enhance systems/software accordingly. This role is an integral
member of the team, and assists all teams (Sales, Service, Production,
HR, Executive, etc.) with data gathering and analysis, reporting, system
integrations and automation, best practice development, technical
support, and hardware/software updates/maintenance.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain
business flow and meet agreed targets
Contributing to the smooth running of the technical administrative
function within the business by facilitating collaboration with business
partners in all departments to understand pain-points, implementing
workarounds, and developing solutions by mining data that can be used to
drive results and make decisions
Performs hardware and software updates and maintenance as needed.
Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and
compliant manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally
Assist in the integration of software systems where possible.
Collaborate data from multiple software systems and combine it in a way
that can be used to improve decision making
Provide process improvements by automating manual processes.

ADDITIONAL DUTY CRITERIA:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform
Work to optimize Salesforce administration activities
Provide guidance for the Sales team using Salesforce.
Establish and improve Salesforce standards and processes
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and
applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Assist with Salesforce platform management tasks such as app
evaluations, profiles/org hierarchy design and integration with other
Create, modify and design Microsoft Access and SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS) reports, MS Access data exports and imports, and SQL
Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
Setup automated reporting in the applications listed above
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce in a developer or
administrator role a plus.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in project management, business analysis, and
Comfortable working in person, in the cloud, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening
Ability to create new and unique ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit a
Proficient using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint,
