As the Professional Services Quality Assurance Architect, you will be providing quality oversight on all active projects. You will be responsible for conducting formal quality assurance reviews, providing risk assessments as an outcome of those reviews, working with senior management and the project teams as needed, and acting as a Solution Architect to recommend best practices and help solve design challenges. We are seeking an individual with strong consulting experience, excellent communication, and preferably sales compensation and SPM domain expertise.
THE SKILL SET:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
8-12 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields
Serve as an expert in SPM design and execution
Perform formalized reviews of documentation and other project materials at regular intervals with active projects, do a risk assessment and provide appropriate follow up when high-risk items are identified
Consult on active projects on an ad-hoc basis when design challenges are identified to assist with a solution
Mentor more junior members of the Professional Services team
Be assigned to specific complex projects to act as the Solution Architect for the life of the project
Work on special initiatives to improve the quality of overall project deployment
Work cross-functionally when needed to address functionality gaps or provide Professional Services feedback
Assist in maintaining/updating templates of the project deliverables, such as the Functional Requirements Document
Incent experience preferred
Train to become an expert on all products to provide formal QA reviews across the product line
Experience working with at least one programming language – SQL/Python/Java preferred
Should be able to translate complex customer requirements and build configuration options
Strong technology and business acumen
Strong problem-solving skills (business & technical)
Strong understanding of SDLC
Strong understanding of Data Structures and database concepts
System Integration experience and Troubleshooting skills are a must have
Demonstrate outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment preferred
Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team
Professional Services is a global team, some off-hours meetings will be required
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Consistently and successfully perform reviews on Incent implementations.
Begin to ramp up on other products, including but not limited to CEA and AQP.
Participate in special initiatives related to quality assurance.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Be fully ramped on at least one additional product in addition to Incent and perform reviews on those implementation projects.
Begin acting as a Solution Architect as needed for active projects.
Provide input for overall implementation process improvements.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Be fully ramped on an additional product in addition to the above and perform reviews on those implementation projects.
Mentor lead consultants and teach best practices to lead the team towards future success.
Identify gaps within our processes, propose solutions and execute to continue raising the bar with the team.
