The Role

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role designed for a dynamic executive who thrives on challenges and is adept at driving significant transformations. You will be responsible for scaling operations strategically across new and existing markets, optimizing our blend of self-performance and subcontracted services to enhance efficiency and profitability.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Expansion: Spearhead the operational strategy to scale to 100 offices, focusing on low-cost, trade-focused spin-up operations to accelerate market presence and client acquisition.
• Operational Excellence: Implement and refine KPI-driven management practices to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Leadership Development: Mentor and develop a young, dynamic leadership team, enhancing their capabilities in strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Innovation in Operations: Leverage technology and data analytics to revolutionize our operational processes, reducing costs and improving service delivery.

 

What You Will Bring

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading operations through significant growth phases, ideally in a similar industry. 15+ years of relevant leadership experience in Operations.
• Strategic Acumen: Strong background in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on operational scalability and efficiency. Proven experience in scaling business.
• Financial Oversight: Expertise in P&L management, cost control, and financial strategy, particularly in fast-growing environments. Experience in Operations Leadership for firms $100M -$500M+ required.
• Operational Mastery: In-depth knowledge of modern operational practices, including the integration of technology and data analytics to drive business decisions.
