We’re partnering with a high-growth, privately held Facilities Management company to find a Chief Financial Officer who will drive the next phase of financial and operational excellence.
This is a pivotal executive role for a finance leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. As CFO, you’ll oversee all financial functions, implement performance-boosting systems, and help guide the organization through its continued scale—from $100M toward $500M+ in revenue.

What You’ll Lead
Financial Strategy + Forecasting
Build and refine financial models to support both 6- and 12-month outlooks.
Guide executive and board-level decisions with forward-looking insight and strategic planning.
Launch margin-per-employee and revenue efficiency initiatives that move the bottom line.
Reporting + Performance Analytics
Deliver accurate, real-time financial reporting with executive-ready insights.
Track KPIs across teams, departments, and initiatives—translating data into action.
Identify trends and variances to proactively address risks or capture opportunities.
Cost Center Management + Ops Finance
Oversee 20+ cost centers with a focus on profitability, throughput, and budget alignment.
Monitor microtransaction volume and implement process improvements across financial operations.
Ensure cost visibility and accountability across departments and service lines.
Cash Flow + Capital Planning
Lead short- and long-term cash flow management in support of growth initiatives and capital investments.
Optimize capital structure and ensure compliance with debt covenants and financial obligations.
Governance + Risk Mitigation
Maintain financial controls, compliance systems, and audit readiness.
Evaluate and mitigate financial risks in coordination with executive leadership and legal counsel.
Team Development + Cross-Functional Alignment
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team structured to scale.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and executive peers to align finance with broader business goals.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
Executive finance experience in private companies—ideally in facilities management, construction, or service-based industries.
Proven success leading finance for companies in the $100M–$500M+ revenue range.
Deep understanding of forecasting, margin optimization, and multi-center cost analysis.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar), Salesforce (preferred), and financial dashboards like Power BI or Tableau.
Advanced Excel capabilities; fluency in operational and board-level reporting.
Strategic and systems-minded leader with excellent communication and executive presence.
Compensation
Target Base Salary: $225,000–$275,000 DOE
