Scheduler

Position Summary

The Scheduler will communicate with our customers via phone to ensure a professional, friendly experience while handling scheduling and documentation. Our large facility houses both the production and office teams in one building to ensure efficient internal communication to best serve the needs of the customer. If you enjoy taking care of customers and take a meticulous approach to your tasks, this is the opportunity for you.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive customer interaction and communication with all departments at our facility
• Work directly with the builder or homeowner to help them meet their construction deadlines
• Keep the computer and the production team updated on all date changes
• Monitor weekly schedules for large builders to ensure timely deliveries
• Input upcoming production into the computer for department heads to forecast production schedules
• Once dates are confirmed, breaking down paperwork for department production

 

Qualifications

• Professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills with an ease of learning new programs
