Position Overview:
Seeking a highly experienced Project Architect with 10 or more years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional architectural design skills, project management expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a proven track record in leading complex projects from conception through completion, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and design reviews to inform project direction.
- Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in design.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architecture and design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various sectors.
- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
