Inside Sales Support

Position Summary

Inside Sales Support will be responsible for ensuring orders entered are accurate and have proper lead time. They will be responsible for helping walk-in customers and with sales calls. Inside Sales Support is a vital role for our business to ensure the best customer experience.

This role will be heavy data entry and sales support initially.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Data entry: quotes, orders, change orders, and fill-in orders
• Answer phone calls and emails from field sales team
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers

• Average 12-15 emails and calls an hour
• Assist sales team with materials sourcing and builder quotes

 

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or relevant experience
  • Construction background a plus but not required
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Positive, professional attitude with excellent phone communication skills
• Clean, professional appearance
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and brings strong multi-tasking skills

• Professionalism with customers and coworkers
• Strong team building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Company Salary/Benefits

• $25-$27/hr doe
  • Commission eligible after 6 months of employment
