SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Specialist in San Antonio, TX. If you have manufacturing experience leading ERP system implementations and integrations across internal and external stakeholders, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, optimize, and support internal ERP systems
• Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and Finance teams to streamline and enhance data flow and system functionality
• Serve as the face of the organization in helping to scope, implement, and advise on ERP system solutions
• Work with Senior Leaders to understand unique organizational challenges and provide technological solutions
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy, system compliance, and user support
• Deliver post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization
• Assist in developing long-term strategy for the company’s ERP roadmap

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in implementing/supporting ERP systems, preferably with exposure to Global Shop Solutions or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and implementation best practices
• Demonstrated ability to interface with team members and present technical concepts in a clear, consultative manner
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Technically inclined with a passion for systems and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
