We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner in Wagram, North Carolina that will maintain a key role in the leadership team, while placing an emphasis on employee relations. The selected candidate will lead and strategically apply HR best practices within business unit, including succession management, workforce planning, compensation, training, and skills development to meet company needs and objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate with management committee and collaborate with the HR centers of expertise and shared services to maximize operational efficiency.
- Offer managers coaching and support in managing employees and achieving business objectives.
- Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in line with the investment and operating budgets.
- Establish the necessary training plan for employee development.
- Provide coaching to the supervisors in establishing objectives and compensation, reviewing performance, and building a skills development plan for all employees.
- Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement efforts.
- Responsible for employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Ability to lead and influence change.
- Identify the Human resources needs of their unit and propose action plans for workforce planning
- Support other managers in the coaching of their staff and all employee relations matters
- Lead and support talent development and succession strategy
- Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of its units
- Track and follow up with Key Performance Indicators pertaining to Human Resources
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources Management and 10-12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience with an emphasis on employee relations and strategically apply HR best practices within business unit, including succession management, workforce planning, compensation, training, and skills development to meet company needs and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) -ability to develop and understand reports
- ·Proven success in change management and knowledgeable of continuous improvement concepts to integrate in management. · Excellent ability to build and support a customer-focused culture based on a people-centric approach. · Offer relocation assistance if needed
