• 4+ years of QA Analyst experience
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience
• Attention to Detail with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Test, analyze & recommend improvements to insure products meet quality standards
