30 month contract, Hybrid - 50% on site

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and bug fixing for the MS BizTalk application instances.
• Monitoring Biztalk traffic and ensuring it reaches the correct destination.
• Monitoring BizTalk servers for errors and performance issues and working with other teams or Microsoft support to fix issues.
• Modifying Pipelines, Orchestrations, Mappings, Schemas and other .NET code to accomodate changes to data BizTalk receives and transmits.
• Evaluating potential replacements and implementing proof of concepts for BizTalk before BizTalk server reaches end of life.
• Resolving production problems and business unit inquiries, including Help Desk tickets.

Qualifications:

• 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 60 months of experience in analysis, design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting of BizTalk integration solutions for enterprise-level applications using WCF and web services (SOA).
• 60 months of experience monitoring BizTalk traffic, identifying application and performance issues, and configuring and turning Biztalk to resolve issues.
• 60 months of experience designing and developing high performance enterprise-level web application systems using ASP.NET/C# and external web services in a .NET/IIS environment.
• 60 months of experience designing/developing/securing (not just consuming) SOAP and REST external web services, including experience designing/developing external web services with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Web API.
• 36 months of experience developing and modifying .NET-based applications that integrate with other .NET-based applications.
