Overview:
We are seeking a marketing professional with experience in sales enablement and partner marketing to support corporate marketing initiatives, particularly within our open market and franchise product lines. This role will collaborate with teams across different regions to develop and manage marketing materials, sales tools, and strategic partnerships that drive engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate Marketing Initiatives: Work alongside the Corporate Marketing Manager to execute global sales enablement and partner marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement & Localization: Assist the Designer and Content Creator in revising and adapting sales enablement tools to ensure they are culturally relevant and effective for global teams.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to define key campaign messaging, event participation, and marketing assets for franchise partners.
- Public Relations Support: Work with the Corporate Marketing Manager to support global PR initiatives and help implement opportunities identified with our external PR agency.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in a marketing or sales enablement role, supporting sales teams with tools and assets.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with international teams.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing materials that enhance sales and partner engagement.
- Comfortable with franchise or partner marketing initiatives to expand brand reach
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on global team needs.
Preferred:
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience working with international teams on localized marketing efforts.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
