Tiem Builders Ltd is a Construction Company established in 1986. We specialize in Outdoor Living Spaces. 

We are currently looking for skilled builders with experience in Carpentry, Framing, Installation, and/or General Construction Projects.

Job Description 

The daily job consists of traveling to sites that are based in the Lower Mainland and working with the foreman to complete the project in a timely manner. Attention to detail and good communication with other crew members is a must. Tiem Builders builds decks, patio covers, 3 and 4 season sunrooms and also install custom skylights. We use BuilderTrend a software platform to track hours and get updates on progress of the projects. Training is provided to the right candidates. 

Job Requirements

• Daily Use of Power and Hand Tools
• Must have own Tools
• Must have own reliable Vehicle
• Must have Valid Drivers License - Abstract Req'd
• Must be able to handle the physical aspects of the job - lift at least 50 lbs
• Able to read building drawings or blue prints an asset
• Foreman or Crew Leadership Experience an asset
• Previous work with Glass, Aluminum, or Vinyl an asset

Job Details

Hours: F/T Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM

Salary: $28 - $40 Based on Direct Experience to the Role

Benefits: Offered after 3 Months
