Tiem Builders Ltd. has been in business since 1986. At the core we are a construction company that has specializes in Outdoor Living Spaces; Decks, Patio Covers, Three and Four Season Rooms, and Skylights. We work both in the Commercial and Residential markets building projects to design. 

We are seeking a Carpenter or Skilled Builder who has leadership qualities and can run a team. 

Job Description

You will lead or join a team of 2 or 3 crew to complete projects from start to completion. The projects are mostly in the Lower Mainland but sometimes take you outside of this area - i.e. Sunshine Coast, Interior, etc. As a foreman you will keep the team motivated and working to schedule and budget. You will ensure that you are logging the progress through the companies Construction platform BuilderTrend. Orientation will be provided to those that are unfamiliar with this program. You will communicate with the Project Manager daily to update on projects, request needed materials, and all other information required of you. 

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Building and/or Construction related Business
• Must have own tools
• Must have own vehicle
• Valid BC Drivers License in good standing
• Experience as a Foreman is an asset
• Experience with BuilderTrend is an asset
• Attention to Detail
• Good with Customers
• A good communicator

Full Time - Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate Range $30-$40 per hour based on experience

Some overtime may be available

Benefits are offered after 90 days
