Job Description: As a Licensed Behavior Analyst specializing in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), you will play a vital role in helping waiver participants overcome significant maladaptive behaviors that hinder their community integration. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing structured treatment plans, and training family members, natural supports, and other providers to effectively implement behavioral strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the individual's behavior, considering their medical diagnosis, disease progression, skills, abilities, and environmental factors. Develop and implement a holistic structured behavioral treatment plan (Detailed Plan) that includes specific and realistic goals, which can be utilized by other providers and natural supports. Train family members, natural supports, and other providers in the basic principles of the behavioral plan to ensure its effective implementation. Regularly reassess the effectiveness of the behavioral treatment plan and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with health or mental health professionals to ensure the behavioral plan aligns with the individual's medical diagnosis and disease progression. Qualifications: Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker in accordance with state requirements. Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
