Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Strong organizational, presentation, written, and communication skills.
• Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and product data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and construction management/estimating software.
