Vice President of Field Operations – High-Rise Construction -Naples Area or Miami, FL

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Field Operations to provide executive leadership and direction for high-rise construction projects in the Naples area, as well as a role in Miami. The role focuses on ensuring project profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while overseeing large-scale developments from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level oversight on all phases of construction projects, ensuring budget, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction goals are met.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to drive performance and morale.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and key stakeholder relationships (owners, architects, subcontractors).
• Support business development efforts, contributing to project acquisition and client partnerships.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and financials, ensuring smooth hand-offs and successful close-outs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 10+ years as Senior Project Manager, with experience managing multiple projects each exceeding $50M.

Skills

• Strong leadership, client management, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Procore.
• Expertise in cost control, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with BIM, LEED, and LEAN processes.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
