Founded in 2021, the company offers a range of services, including preconstruction, owner representation, construction management, design-build, and general contracting, with a focus on delivering quality, value, and dependability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor subcontractors and vendors.
Apply OSHA and MIOSHA safety standards.
Demonstrate expertise in general trades (carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, millwork).
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
Collaborate with accounting, estimating, HR, project coordination, and management for safe, successful project execution.
Oversee all phases of the construction process from start to finish.
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Use strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, estimating/accounting software).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred but not required).
Minimum 5 years of recent commercial construction experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven team-based project experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related project software.
Willingness to travel.
