Job Description - Commercial Construction Project Manager in Sarasota, Florida- Need to have ground-up experience as a Project Manager. They are looking for top talent to build 2, 8-story Class A office buildings with luxury finishes and great architectural design. They also work on Retail/Restaurant/Warehouse projects.

Do not apply if you do not have at least 5 years of ground-up construction experience.

• Experience in Construction Management and Design-Build Process

• Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders, ensuring work is within the project scope.

• Responsible for qualifying sub-contractor estimates and bids, performing project buyouts, and managing subcontractors' progress against plan.

• Oversee the construction schedule, and budget and ensure the project is completed within the deadline and budget.

• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

• Project accounting functions include managing the budget, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project

• Communicate effectively with the Subcontractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

• Preparing any necessary workflow schedules and monitoring the same to enable the meeting of reporting deadlines.

• Develop strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyze work practices and cost factors within the project team.
