What You’ll Do
Lead (or support) the delivery of complex federal and civil construction projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Partner with field teams to ensure top-tier safety and quality standards
Build lasting relationships with clients and project partners
Drive results while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (preferred: Building Construction)
5+ years’ experience in general contracting or design-build construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and integrity
Willingness to travel or relocate for key projects
