As a Senior Superintendent, you will serve as the lead authority on-site, driving complex luxury residential and hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion. You’ll work directly with clients, architects, trade partners, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered at the highest level of quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing premium custom estates or exclusive club projects and thrives in a high-touch, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential and country club projects

• Manage multiple trades, sequencing, and complex scheduling with minimal oversight

• Maintain exceptional quality control standards and site safety

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, and consultants

• Mentor junior field staff and reinforce company standards
