A growing construction firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead its marketing function across both commercial and luxury residential sectors.
This role is responsible for driving brand strategy, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), internal and external communications, and integrated campaigns that support business development and company growth.
The Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with executive leadership and preconstruction teams, manage vendor relationships, and use data and CRM insights to guide marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing strategy, budgeting, and campaign execution
Oversee ABM, digital marketing, PR, and content development
Partner with business development and proposal teams to support key pursuits
Manage CRM tools and marketing analytics to improve performance
Guide brand presence across channels and support talent initiatives
Qualifications
7–10 years in marketing leadership, preferably in construction or professional services
Experience with ABM, CRM tools (Unanet or similar), and B2B marketing
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and vendor management skills
