As we head into the new year, we’re partnering with a well-established NATIONAL general contractor in the Fort Myers area that is looking to add a Project Manager to support municipal, government, and public-sector construction projects.
This role is ideal for a well-rounded Project Manager who enjoys managing complex work, collaborating with public agencies, and working closely with field teams to deliver quality projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing day-to-day operations of municipal and public-sector projects
Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
Tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Supporting preconstruction efforts, estimating, and value engineering
Ensuring compliance with public agency requirements and safety standards
Communicating effectively with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership
Ideal Background:
Experience managing public, municipal, or government-funded projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
Comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and reporting tools
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and develop professionally
