What you will be doing:

• Support the Project Manager in achieving project goals.
• Research, gather, and organize project information, ensuring it's accessible on the network.
• Review and maintain project plans and specifications; prepare invoices, handle filing, and schedule meetings.
• Manage the submittal process, review shop drawings, and maintain submittal logs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and Project Superintendent.
• Assist in procuring materials and managing the RFI process.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain digital documentation for Project Closeout, secure warranties, and process change orders.
