We are seeking a professional, proactive Project Manager who can oversee complex residential builds and maintain the standards our clients expect.
Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of new construction for ultra-luxury custom homes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. This role requires strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for custom homes 4,000 sq. ft. and larger.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and all construction documents.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and project progress.
Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain project timelines and standards.
Process and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, inspections, permitting, and safety requirements.
Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, and workflow management.
Uphold the company’s commitment to craftsmanship, service, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in new construction of ultra-luxury custom homes.
Strong understanding of high-end residential construction practices, building systems, and terminology.
Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating trades.
Proficiency with RFIs, change orders, and project documentation processes.
Procore experience required.
Knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and local inspection processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
