Marketing Program Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the team in Austin. As a critical team member, you will be responsible for the management, administration, and execution of incoming design requests and marketing projects. The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for tracking and maintaining scoped-out projects between our internal creative team and their respective project owners including project estimates, intake, weekly reporting, and project scheduling/calendars. You will work directly with the art director, designers, and various department leaders to prioritize projects, assign tasks, coordinate with outside vendors, manage budgets, and meet internal deadlines.

The Marketing Program Manager reports to the SVP of Marketing based out of the Austin headquarters.


  • Ability to oversee and direct the creative quality of various creative projects: packaging, print and digital materials, point of sale displays, video production, sales collateral, etc.
  • Oversee and maintain digital asset management system and maintain current versions
  • Maintain production schedules
  • Coordinate photography/videography needs for campaigns – including shots list, photographers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing leaders to understand objectives, write briefs, and align various points of execution.
  • Continually monitor requests and timelines to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure project plans and timelines stay within scope and shepherd them back into scope
  • Engage with business partners to ensure crisp communication between requests and designers
  • Actively manage and display ongoing project progress and allocations across teams, ensuring transparency and understanding of workflow and inflight-work streams
  • Estimate creative projects, assumptions, and scope. Use data to inform decisions on new estimates and scope
  • Manage resource reporting on hours, invoicing, resource allocation, and estimates
  • Manage internal projects like sales pitches, awards entries, or internal initiatives


  • 4-6 years of experience with traffic management of creative departments
  • Knowledge of traffic workflow systems and previous experience in an agency/in-house design group environment
  • Understanding of how project scope translates into resource capacity and capabilities
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and allocate resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with workflow tools including Asana, Smartsheet
  • Experience with digital asset management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, or Google sheets and PowerPoint
  • Conscientious team player, good organizer, attentive to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and on tight timelines
