We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to manage inventory to increase efficiencies (increase turns, reconcile slow moving products, reduce stockouts, identify overstocks) and profitability. This role will elevate and make actionable supply-and-demand planning by capturing and synthesizing inventory data of customers.

 This role reports into the VP of Operations.

 WHAT YOU BRING

 3+ years of active experience managing inventory control systems in consumer-packaged goods, pharmaceutical, or perishable goods industry

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and co-workers in a professional and productive manner
• Technical experience in data management software and logistic software
• Ability to synthesize the information necessary to visualize and identify opportunities and communicate them effective
• Strong work ethic and motivation to work in a fast-paced progressive work environment (must be detail oriented, ambitious, and team oriented)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor inventory to ensure we have the proper levels to support sales and sufficient shelf-life
• Create purchase orders and track shipments

• Develop summary reports, KPIs, dashboards, and other statistical data
• Liaise with sales and marketing departments to plan for product promotions/campaigns and new customer load-ins
• Partner with 3PL warehouses to assure ERP data is synchronized with partner data
• Capture customer inventory data to better inform our supply-and-demand planning
• Monitor vendor inventory – RMI and packaging
