We are looking for an HR Manager or Senior Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for managing and deploying HR functions including but not limited to employee relations, programs, administration, performance improvement and compliance for all personnel in support of our culture and environment as we continue to experience rapid growth. This role reports into the CFO.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

•  Proven Human Resource Generalist / Manager track record for 5+ years
• Design and execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation
• A degree preferred in Human Resources, Management, Business or Psychology
• PHR or SHRM-CPHR certification preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
• A keen interest in managing and improving HR processes
• Familiarity with HR technology and technical savvy
• Able to balance the business and associate needs
• Able to use analytics in complex decision-making
• Good business acumen
• Cross-culturally competent

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet staffing goals and onboard new hires into the culture, policies, and processes
• Manage employee relations through coaching and investigations
• Analyze and manage the recruiting and compensation programs, including vendor relationships
• Deliver and track Learning & Development programs, both digital and class-room solutions
• Exhibit the company’s core values in support of the culture and talent management processes
• Manage the Performance Feedback process
• Act as the HR technology expert and liaise with IT in HRIS data management, improvements and initiatives
