About the role
As our first dedicated member of our Revenue Accounting team, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and Operations and play the lead role in helping design and implement scalable processes and share actionable insights to drive business performance, reconcile, and manage our revenue streams.
You will work closely with our Head of Finance, Sales Organization, and Product/Engineering organizations as we rapidly scale the number of employers and members on our platform and expand the breadth of our product and service offerings.

The role encompasses invoicing and payment operations, revenue recognition, advising, and partnering with various internal engineering groups to help them develop and maintain efficient operational processes at scale.
What you'll do
Be accountable for invoicing, payment, and revenue operations, managing day-to-day operations, and handling escalations
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with product and engineering as we enhance our internal operational processes to ensure scalability as business demands grow and evolve
Execute month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis of our multiple revenue streams
Work closely with key business partners on policies, processes, and programs
Background we're looking for
At least 5 years of revenue operations experience
Experience in partnering with business and product teams, ideally with a hyper-growth company
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with financial systems and software: Familiarity with accounting software and data platforms

Please note this is a hybrid position with up to 3 days/week in our Austin office
