HR/Office Administrator

Fabrinet West - Santa Clara, CA

This position will support HR and management staff on site for administrative work. The keys to hire will be: ability to multi-task, strong written and verbal skill and excellent attention to detail will. This position will be responsible for maintaining files and records, including staffing and recruitment, processing employment applications, assist with employee questions, new hire paperwork and updating of personnel records and other duties as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

COVID Station Responsibilities (will remain until restrictions have been lifted):

  1. Record temp taking of all people that enter the building
  2. Stock all PPE supplies
  3. Track all visitors

 

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  1. Cover receptionist desk as needed
  2. Manage smock with vendor
  3. Stock office supplies
  4. Schedule conference rooms reservations
  5. Coordinate facility events / catering for meetings
  6. Other office responsibilities as needed

 

Job Qualifications:

  1. Must have at least 3 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment, previous HR working experience is preferable
  2. Familiar with employment laws and government regulations (i.e. EEOC guidelines, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, WC)
  3. Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Must be able to use basic formulas and function in Excel
  4. Ability to work effectively with many interruptions and change of priorities
  5. Strong multi-task skills required
  6. Well organized and detail oriented
  7. Strong oral and written communication skills
  8. Highly motivated and dedicated individual, Able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft products, particularity Excel
  10. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
