Job Purpose: Organize and responsible for a variety of quality engineering functions related to improve quality and reduce cost through quality assurance on the quality of conformance to reduce scrap, rework, internal supplier material and customer's complaints. Customer interface and support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.

1. Key Responsibilities: Review and identify manufacturing problems or inefficiencies in the manufacturing process, and outgoing production quality recommends the solution.
2. Audit various processes and procedures to ensure that quality controls are maintained.
3. Develop an understanding of process capability of machines/processes and furnish results to design and manufacturing planning/engineering.
4. Prepare inspection instruction to correspond to process and product specification.
5. Involved with and supports NPI/Prototype work.
6. Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution
7. Know your customer's expectation and drive actions to meet them.
8. Support Quality Management Systems.
9. Perform related work as assigned.
10. Maintain documentation following ISO, AS and customer requirements.
11. Support engineer, technician, and production personnel whenever issues occur.
12. Develop daily & weekly FPY reports.
13. Work closely with inspectors to ensure proper inspection results following IPC standard as well as customer requirement.
14. Process GAP analysis for site documents following ISO, AS and customer requirements.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications include:IPC A 610, Quality Testing (PCBA, Electronics component), Knowledge of CAPA, and Process Audit

Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.

Required: B.A/B.S., B.Eng or equivalent.
