Shift: 3rd shift, graveyard (shift begins: 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

SMT Manufacturing Supervisor will supervise the operators and report daily on the status of production, identifying current and future capacity requirements. Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations, meeting daily commits, ensures that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy. Works closely with CFT and ensure great customer service at all levels and meeting deadlines. Verifying and approving timecards and ensuring cost controls where applicable. Some lean exp. Is preferred.

PREFERRED Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience, excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced and constant change environment
• Computer literacy
• Contract manufacturing exp. preferred.
