• Understand and comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while on company or customer property. Report any accident, incident and near miss.
• Be knowledgeable in Cornerstone On Demand Learning Management system.

Job Duties:


ELECTRONICS and LARGE INDUSTRIES
Receive “Document Link Distributed” emails to create material and assessment; and proxy new and revised documents for Level 3 site specific. Communicate directly with Facility Managers when needed to resolve any questions or issues on matrices.

ELECTRONICS - TIER 3
Assign Customer Specific Training with a refresher period as requested

CREATE NEW GROUPS IN CSOD LMS
as needed for assigning dynamic training

REVIEWING LEVEL 3 TRAINING MATRICES
Set priority to review and update CSOD on Level 3 Training Matrices, if needed for locations that are scheduled to be audited

CONTRACTOR SETUP
Monitor Contractor Setup Request Form for incoming new contractor to be set up in LMS.
Create required documentation to Paris for setup
Inform the manager that the contract account has been set up

MERGING CONTRACTOR TO EMPLOYEE TRANSCRIPTS
Reviewing both transcripts and correcting any training that did not merge in the automatic process

REVIEW COURSE CATALOG
Inactivate older versions of proxies, materials and test when they are no longer required.

REMOVE WITHDRAWN
sessions and/or courses from Employee’s Transcripts that are no longer needed

TEST ONLINE COURSES
in Pilot CSOD (prior to being loaded to the Live LMS platform) for functionality.

Assist with the MyTalent mailbox, responding to employees and/or tech trainers daily.

Assist with the Service Now HelpDesk tickets to troubleshoot issue and resolve.
Assisting LMS Administrator with any projects as needed.

Assist with any projects as needed for the Total Rewards group.
