General Summary:
As a National Channel Manager specializing in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and channel partner relationships on a national scale to the western states. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of partners, developing strategic initiatives, and overseeing the distribution of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, agents, and consultants.
- Provide training and enablement programs to ensure partners are knowledgeable about UCaaS and CCaaS offerings and can effectively market and sell them.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy, including setting sales targets, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions and pricing models to meet partner and customer needs.
Market Analysis:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in UCaaS and CCaaS to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Partner Support and Enablement:
- Work closely with partners to provide ongoing support, address concerns, and facilitate efficient sales processes.
- Offer guidance on sales techniques, marketing collateral and lead generation strategies.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on up sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner relationships.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Contract Negotiation:
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring terms are favorable and compliant.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and revenue generation.
- Generate regular reports and present key performance metrics to senior management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure partners adhere to compliance regulations and quality standards related to UCaaS and CCaaS services.
- Address any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key customers and assist partners in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years related industry experience, college Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 plus commissions
