About the Role

In this hands-on support role, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our clients’ IT environments run smoothly. From troubleshooting and network support to software installation and systems maintenance, your technical skills and customer-first mindset will keep things running like clockwork. You’ll work both independently and alongside our IT team to resolve technical issues quickly and clearly—whether in person, over the phone, or remotely.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across client environments.

  • Provide support for Windows and macOS systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Assist with network configuration, firewalls, and basic server tasks.

  • Respond to help desk tickets and client inquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.

  • Maintain documentation, escalate advanced issues as needed, and follow through on resolutions.

  • Deliver clear, friendly communication to both technical and non-technical users.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Windows environments in commercial settings.

  • Strong troubleshooting ability and analytical thinking.

  • Working knowledge of:

    • Windows desktop OS (intermediate)

    • macOS (intermediate)

    • Windows Server (beginner to intermediate)

    • Networking, UTM, firewalls (beginner to intermediate)

    • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (intermediate)

  • Solid understanding of IT systems, security, and client environments.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate tech-speak for everyday users.

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and documentation habits.

  • Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems and remote support tools.

  • CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to earn it within 6 months).
