We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in security systems and fire alarm installation. In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with budgets, codes, and quality standards. You will lead and support field operations teams while collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and installation staff.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of assigned projects, including scheduling technicians, coordinating materials, and maintaining clear customer communication.
Ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to field and engineering teams.
Track work in progress (WIP), project schedules, and forecasting.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct site visits with sales and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications for proposals and installations.
Oversee and document change orders as needed.
Monitor and report on project financial performance.
Participate in weekly project management meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Technical certifications, PMP certification, or an Associate’s degree in Project Management (or related field).
2–5 years of commercial project management experience in security systems and access control.
Hands-on experience with BOSCH security systems strongly preferred.
OSHA 10 certification required.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid knowledge of security, access control, and fire alarm systems.
