Position Summary: We are currently seeking an outgoing ambitious individual to join the team as Business Development Coordinator. This position will entail growing the revenue of the regional firm by strategically positioning services at all decision-making levels. Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources. Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business. Conduct face-to-face meeting with decision makers to understand their staffing need and recommend the appropriate service. Develop business to ensure all goals are met. Work cohesively with staffing and recruiting teams to ensure superior service to all clients. Extensive temporary sales experience is a plus.

Computer Skills: Must be computer savvy proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and proficient use of online meeting programs.
