Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join the corporate team. The ideal candidate for this position will assist and provide a range of administrative support to the COO and various department managers. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
-Previous HR experience required

-Compose and produce various financial and legal documents

-Maintain calendars and files

-Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements

-Provide technical support

-Assist with open enrollment and benefits

-Greet and provide assistance to visitors and callers
-Ability to work closely with senior management
-Ability to work in a constantly changing and stressful environment
-Ability to adjust to sudden changes to meet operational goals and client’s demands
-Ability to take ownership; oversee assigned tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner
-Support ongoing relationship/partnership with hiring leaders, candidates, and clients
-Possess excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
-Prioritize meeting tight deadlines while keeping an eye on details

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and the use of online meeting programs. Must have typing ability of 60 WPM.

Education and/or Experience
-High School or equivalent education (minimum)

-Some College preferred
-3 Year related experience
