As GYC’s CRM Production Specialist, you are responsible for implementing our “CRM BOOST” product and customizing it to suit clients' needs.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on your skill level, experience, and asset

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

  • You’re technical and have experience with various online software such as Google Drive, Asana, various CRM systems, Slack, and More.

  • You’ve worked at a digital agency.

  • You’ve worked remotely.

  • You must have extensive experience in email marketing, workflows, and experience with CRM tools in general

  • You understand key marketing concepts, strategies, and basic “marketing” psychology (such as frequency, reciprocity, micro-commitments, response speed, etc.) and can recognize excellent copywriting and design.

You Are/Can…

  • Hopefully, you like a fast-paced environment, lots of moving parts, and are great with change.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, juggling like a Cirque du Soleil star performer.

  • Detail-oriented - you notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks and never let those happen.

  • Communicate well precisely and provide direction via written, oral, and visual means.

  • Able to shift from big picture macro view to people & process, down into the micro detail of a workpiece, and back up.

What You’re Doing Day to Day:

  • Manage our CRM service to our clients; deploying the base system, customizing the content, guiding them through established best practices, explaining the options available to them, and launching successfully; troubleshooting issues post-launch; a combination of communication, project management, technical skills, and attention to details.

  • Build email marketing and text marketing workflows in our partnered’ software systems.

  • Meet with and onboard new clients.

  • Troubleshoot account issues.

  • Work collaboratively with the Team (copywriters, designers, VAs).

  • Report on workflows, campaigns - open, click-through, deliverability, workflow, and other stats as needed.

  • QC for final delivery to the client.

  • Follow-up on client calls, summarizing each call, actions, and outcomes.

  • Support our client’s email and SMS marketing; including creating CRM workflows, automated emails, text messages (SMS) for prospective parents, staff, promotions, and registered parent communication.

  • Work within the Intellikids Systems & LineLeader CRM platforms. Other systems may be added in the future if feasible (ex. Active Campaign, Mailchimp).

  • Assign tasks and ensure they are completed (follow-up) to team members as needed.

  • Copywrite, edit, and proofread emails and text messages as needed.


  • Hubspot experience/expertise - you’ll help us with our own CRM and client acquisition (pay commensurate with experience, skill, and added responsibility)

  • Experience working in childcare or working with one of our two CRM partners, Intellkids Systems and/or LineLeader.

  • Copywriting expert

  • Strategy and/or Analyst skills - review our current system and determine what can be improved (base/foundational system, identify opportunities for improvement, customization, etc.)

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000/year
