We are seeking enthusiastic early childhood education Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our amazing team of dedicated professionals. You will work in a dynamic classroom culture of trusting and cohesive team members and form bonds with your students. You will have fun playing and engaging with the children, creating activities, and bringing your ideas and support to the table to develop the classroom.

Pay Ranges vary by role.

Lead Teachers: $18 - $24 per hour.
Assistant Teachers: $16 - $20 per hour

Full-Time Schedules - Consistent Schedule
Assistant Floater roles available for flex schedules
Monday – Friday
No Nights or Weekends

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year Assistant Teaching Experience in a classroom OR 1 year working with children
• Must meet all DCFS requirements, including passing background checks.
• Able to stand for long periods, frequently walk, sit on the floor and play with children, and lift a 40 lb child in an emergency. This is a physically ACTIVE role.
