Our Client is a successful high growth tech company with a mission to help players and families be able to review their athletic performance, moments and memories that are important to them. They are seeking a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting its Elite Trial customers and will develop custom strategies tailored to provide a white glove onboarding experience. You will be integral to the lives of hundreds of thousands of passionate athletes all over the world, from National teams to kids just starting out their athletic journey. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to be an early, integral member of the team that will triple in size over the next 18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource, and subject matter expert to leadership, sales, and CS staff.

  • The on-boarding and account management of new Elite Trial customers through the entire pre-sale, post-sale, and launch process

  • Use a customer-focused, value oriented consultative approach to educate partners on proper set-up post sale

  • Present a Trace product demo and guide the customer through set up

  • Craft & execute strategies, processes and up-sell solutions to drive our customer adoption

  • Perform business, product, and demonstrations to attract opportunities consistent with what we would consider to be an Elite prospect

  • Develop a sales-to-customer-support hand off process and work with our partnership team

  • Provide continuous updates to clients, potential prospects, and current Trial customers

  • Develop and assists with coordination, onboarding, and implementation execution

  • Work with various stakeholders to expand our brand in the marketplace

  • Develop training in conjunction with CS to provide a seamless onboarding

  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and national tournaments

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct experience with a focus on customer advocacy, engagement, post-sales support and/or account management

  • Comfortable giving presentations, demos, and answering technical product questions

  • A high level of attention to detail, your time management is exceptional, you’re highly organized and can easily handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • A self-motivated, positive in approach, professional with a passion for sports

  • The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of the Trace process and build strong relationships to ensure customer success

  • A customer service focused approach with customer-facing experience

  • Proven problem solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt as needed

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
