Position Overview

We seek a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join our growing M&A advisory team. This role will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions in the tech-enabled services sector. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical thinker passionate about working directly with founders and high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end M&A deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials (CIMs, management presentations, etc.).

  • Conduct market research and identify trends across the tech-enabled services, data, and subscription economy sectors.

  • Participate in origination by developing target lists, conducting outreach, and building relationships with founder-led businesses.

  • Perform company and industry analysis, including competitive benchmarking and customer data analysis.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic positioning for client companies and transaction structuring.

  • Communicate findings and insights clearly through presentations, written materials, and direct client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree a plus (for Associate level).

  • 1–3 years (Analyst) or 3–5 years (Associate) of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate development.

  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions).

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools (e.g., CapIQ, PitchBook, FactSet).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Interest in working closely with founder-led and growth-stage businesses.
