We are engaged to fill a Senior Analyst role with a leading tech company
· You will help execute the long-term financial strategy by playing a key role in capital markets activity, long-term strategic planning, corporate development, and data analysis. You will work directly with senior management and private equity investors and closely with third parties, including investment banks, accounting firms, and law firms, to assist in all aspects of transaction execution.
This position is remote, but there is a strong preference for candidates based in New York City and you will report to a manager based in New York City.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Help execute Switch’s capital markets activities, including debt and equity capital raises and/or syndication, by preparing financial data, marketing materials, and valuation analyses and working closely with external advisors (e.g. investment bankers) and cross-functional internal teams
· Support investor relations activities and external financial reporting requirements
· Build and operate Company-wide financial operating model(s) used in budgeting, forecasting, and management and board reporting
· Assist in the preparation of board meeting materials
· Assist in the development and production of monthly dashboard reports, providing regular updates on YTD, quarterly, and monthly performance to management.
· Perform in-depth analysis of results and identify trends and developments to senior management.
· Support our evaluation of strategic opportunities, capital expenditures, and development pipeline using financial analysis
Required Job Skills:
· 1-3 years of professional experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or sell-side equity research program
· Experience in Digital Infrastructure/TMT, Real Estate, Debt Capital Markets or Project Finance
· Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Proficient in financial modeling including the ability to build detailed and comprehensive operating models
· Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy.
· Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to be proactive, handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
· Ability to communicate with internal customers and all levels of staff.
· Ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
